Well did not feel great yesterday no appetite, diabetes a bit wobbly, bloated & nauseous - so to take my mind off it I concentrated on finishing the application to the charity commission to achieve full charity status for GastroParesis UK.
Yaayy application finally submitted after three months mind blowing work!
