Ok it may have taken me 48 hours but I've now got my head around the situation and I am ready to come out fighting - so watch out South East Essex PCT here I come ready or not!
On a 'gastroparesis symptoms' note - so far not too bad, the increased bloating is aggrievating, and is causing some nausea, but vomiting as yet is not too bad.
