Yesterday was an 'ok' day - had no appetite whatsoever but forced myself to eat a small meal which I kept down.
Been shopping today to get bits for trip to Glasgow for the surgery - I had somehow forgotten how your energy levels deplete so quickly when you are not eating sufficient quantities duh!
