Day four post op....

Had good nights rest but still quite tired. Pain is manageable, but very sore and uncomfortable - pacer site is swollen and lots of bruising is now coming out. Changed the dressing as instructed this morning without any problems - incision is bit longer than I imagined but not quite as long as the original. Need to change dressing every 2-3 days and keep covered for about 14 days in total - the stitches are all internal and dissolvable the outside incision is held together with about 8 closely packed steri-strips.
