Well yesterday was an extremely nauseous day - to be honest it got the better if me - so I gave in and just sat intermittently - 'giving in' is not part of my make up and this is not my usual approach to being unwell so gives you a rough idea of how I felt!
Today has been hectic with a long list of tasks achieved that has kept me out of the house and on my feet most of the day - needless to say I am now completely exhausted - trust me to learn the lesson the hard way - but hey jobs had to be done and nobody else could do things like sit in the dentist chair for me!!!!
